How MCU Lost Its "Soul" & "Heart" ?

This is not an endgame, it has so many factors to be a Captain America sequel, as Rogers acts acts in such a personal way after finishing his final mission. And the music is quintessentially American, sounds like country and 70s, 80s, sort of the music curated for Peter Quill. No better music options then we've made do with those, or maybe they don't want to shave any glitter from the marvelous VFX.

The main theme shows that "Sacrifice is the key, betrayal is also crucial." "History might be undone, and humanity can be deliberately manipulated. " Though the key tone is quite heavy and melancholy plus the once humorous guy became a joke, thanks to Scott Lang who doesn't care to be called a clumsy idiot and shamelessly asked for a photo-op and so on, he brings this film a nimble touch of fun.

Male bodies are sexually materialized now: Melting ice cream vs. American ass/butt. Featured God acts more like human as suffered a crushing/humiliating defeat. Downfall does not discriminate, it prevails to all, including God who doesn't stick to a God's iron will or maybe even faithless.

You can see the commoners' connections when Clint Barton's daughter is inherited as a great archer. He also acquired a new skill : ninja, the Japanese factor is a balanced match with the South Korean one in Ultron. It makes us believe that superheros don't necessary have superpowers. And Steve Rogers proves to us that how a scientific experiment success evolved with integrity eventually even God's moved by him.

Contemporary reference makes audience feel that the made-up universe is close to them but it's two edges of the sword. Commercial installment is a good example, this time it's a German automaker and the model doesn't impress me at all apart from its engine sound. Though while the characters play PUBG or Fortnite kind of game, it definitely makes many guys wow and ha-ha.

Time travel/heist is confusing or at least hard to understand since Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely create their own version of theory and overturn all the previous time travel movies, mostly "Back to the Future" and "Somewhere in Time" is a collateral damage, which we have been educated how the time thing works, via James Rhodes/War Machine's mouth. The storytelling has a good opening, but it deteriorates along with the time stuff, and gratefully some key character shows up and clarify it with the golden time flow.

More about the time thing :
How come Peter Parker still goes to the same high school, and supposedly the same grade, after 5 years? A stark contrast is that Scott Lang's once little girl is already a big teenager after 5 years.

Fighting him/herself scenes are exciting but it bluntly violate the rules said by the characters. So what is the time theory invented by Markus and McFeely after all? Whatever they want to be?

The Russo brothers are genius in directing epic war scenes, while the sentimental parts are also heart-warmingly good, especially the American style family value still plays an important part in this 22nd sequel : mother and son, fathers and daughters. father and son.

With all due respect, the final mega-scale confrontation is merely an upgrade of all the previous films and combo, and the consequence is that fights are at blink fast pace with the messy scene, it's exhilarating but vision-consuming. Not sure whether it's a formula or what, the good side is on the screen left side, and the evil side is on the right. Infinity War has that visual-angle already, so it's not that surprisingly marvelous at all.

The new face Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel (Actually, she hasn't been called this title in both films) just came out of blue twice and save the main characters/stuff. What an awkward appearance in terms of all the others have deep-rooted in fans' minds.

Is this an endgame? Only for sure is that Avengers' state-of-the-art base followed the destiny of Tony Stark's seaside cliff-hang mansion. Sadly to accept that the characters' sacrifice is a harsh reminder that you got to have SOUL and HEART.
What's on Marvel Studio president Mr. Kevin Feige's mind is totally beyond a low-end like me, but what on earth could a brainy has a perfect marriage with massive muscle, when you take away the reckless wildness from Hulk, is he still THE Hulk? And why should a shield has to be paired with a weapon. Is it a reflection that the leaders want all the good stuff at once and want to be the winners take all? Will audience be convinced while being fed with all these wild combination and imagination made up by the studio? I don't feel like buying it.

Unlike the new baby girl who used to love her dad 3,000, I won't love MCU 3,000.

1:30 Today, Taiwan Semiconductor is announcing that they will be investing at least $100 billion in new capital in the United States over the next short period of time to build state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facilities. I think mostly it will be in Arizona, which is a great state. I like it because I want it, but I want most of them, actually. We want big, and we want the most powerful AI chip in the world to be made right here in America. It will be a big percentage of the chips made by their company. As you know, they're based mostly in Taiwan, and they're far and away the biggest – there's nobody even close. This $100 billion investment will go into building five cutting-edge fabrication facilities in the gr...
